These programs are often over-priced to provide earnings to two different sources - first a portion of each sale goes to the creator, and then, a one-time direct sale for the person who promotes it.This trend creates, in my opinion, a diluted effect because the majority of people who begin a Network Marketing company will be working part-time.If the majority of people beginning an MLM program only have time capital resources equivalent to part-time efforts, (typically 15 - 20 hours weekly) then these Front-End Programs are going to dilute the new person's efforts to build their Network Marketing venture.The idea presented with these Front-End Programs is you are going to be talking to these people anyway. Why not offer them something they can afford to get into now and make immediate money, and you may find a few who will also join your company at the same time. If not, at least you have offered them a way to earn a few hundred dollars now with a direct sale of training and information, and you have not "lost" them completely and earned money for your efforts immediately too.In theory this all sounds very good. And with a traditional business model this is very effective to have what some refer to as a Venture Capital Company that earns lucrative up-front money used to support another slow earning company in the background.For those who take this approach it quickly turns to frustration. The mentoring and training is often reduced to the Front-End Program and their Network Marketing Company grows much slower than someone who devotes all of their part-time efforts to building. And for those people who don't buy into the high-priced Front-End Program that provides the MLM training, you will still be responsible for getting them trained and on-board with your Network Marketing Company.The average person cannot juggle two different business opportunity ventures. This idea creates confusion and often people get so caught up in the quick sale from the Front-End Program their Network Marketing venture is put on hold.To dilute the process further the new person must learn to juggle two different groups of people, and two different types of business. Then train these different groups for the training and mentoring of each perspective business rather than focusing on the skills to build a Network Marketing business and teach these skills to their organization.And to take it one step further. The information contained in these Front-End Programs can be found for free on the internet. This not only dilutes the new person's time, it also dilutes the sale by having the distraction of making money for the sake of making money on products and services easily found online.Our MLM Success Community was established in 2004.
